First order arrived later than expected and arrived damaged. It was smaller than described cracked and chipped all over. When packaged it was put in a box too small as it pushed out on the sides and the put the shipping label over the Fragile handle with care sticker on both. The replacement order was just as bad as the first order . Smaller than expexted , smaller than described , and chipped cause it was properly wrapped and put in a box too small for the package.The dimensions are smaller than what is described on both orders , when ordering something given with dimensions especially for memorial stones they should be the size described or larger not smaller . When shipping use larger boxes so the stones are putting pressure on the box causing creasing and causing the item to chip and Crack. I bought this as a gift and as the buyer I was disappointed.

I was able to work with customer support to customize painting. We used names of places we’ve visited instead of family names on the sign. I was able to proof the mock painting before they completed and shipped. It turned out perfect. Totally recommend.
