What Is Our Return Policy?
Due to the fact that DAISIHOME LTD. products are personalized & printed-on-demand items, this means that when you place your order, we print that item(s) just for you, we will not accept returns.
However, do not worry, if there is an issue with your order, we will refund or send you a replacement if you met ourRefund Policy.
The item will only quality for return, replacement or exchange if the item is:
- Significantly different from the description or sample shown to you;
- Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;
- Not what you ordered;
- Order number
- Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
- Photos of the whole product front and back
- Photo of the Shipping label
Measurements are provided on each product’s description to help you get a more accurate fit. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because of the item that does not fit you.
Note:We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind after receiving your order. Once an item has been received in normal condition, it cannot be returned.
How long does a replacement or return take to process?
We review claims within 24 business hours. After determining that your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, replacement generally takes 7 – 14 business days to arrive.
