CANCELLATION POLICY
To keep our processing times fast, orders are moved into production shortly after they are placed. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we are unable to accept cancellation requests once the order has entered production.

You can make modifications to your order within 24 hours from the moment of placing it.
After 24 Hours
After 24 hours, your order will be locked for production, and no further changes can be made.
How to cancel?
Email [email protected] or [email protected] as soon as possible with the subject line “Cancel Order #[ORDER NUMBER]”. Include your order number and, briefly, the reason.
Cancellation requests are only valid once we confirm them by email. A request sent to social media, live chat, or any other channel is not a confirmed cancellation. If you do not receive a confirmation from us, assume your order is still active and follow up.
