It took forever process. I almost started thinking it was a scam. But 2 weeks after it was to be delivered I got it. The pictures are a little grainy but I attribute that to the cut marks in the stone not the quality of the picture. Over all, I would get it again but order it months in Advance. I missed my anniversary.

Object came on time and undamaged. Very happy with the whole process, would buy again.
