Yes! We provide free shipping on orders over $150 (US only).

Where does DaisiHome LTD. ship?

Most orders are shipped locally from one of our production facilities located in US,Canada, the UK, Australia, and Spain.
Orders will be shipped from there, depends on your location.

How long will delivery take?

Orders will usually be processed within 2 – 3 business days of ordering and delivered within 5 – 7 business days. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

The majority of orders are produced and shipped within 7 – 12 business days ( applied US, AU, CA, UK). Rest of world: 10-15 working days. For more details, please see details at our Shipping Policy.

All orders are shipped fully tracked.

We are working diligently around the clock to ship our canvas on time in a safe and clean environment.

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours
  • Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.

Taxes & Duties

No taxischarged when purchasing directly from our store Daisihome.com. We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, tax & duties will not be refunded.

Please review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spellings, names, the photo you attached & options carefully.

You are welcome tocontact ushere if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Understandably, orders only can be canceled or modified within 24 hours after being placed, as they are sent into production after that.

My delivery is damaged

In the rare case, that your order is delivered damaged or you notice a defect, let us know as soon as you receive your orderand we’ll replace it for you right away! To begin:

  • 1. Take a few photos clearly showing the issue with the canvas, along with photos of the front and back of the canvas, and the box it was shipped in (if the box was also damaged).
  • 2. Email us with the subject line “Return: Damaged or Defective item with your order #” with the photos at [email protected] and our staff will respond to you within 24 hours.
